This federal law prohibits discrimination 以性别为基础 in education programs or activities operated by recipients of federal financial assistance in the United States. 第九条 applies to all participants of such programs, including students 和 employees. Herzing大学 does not discriminate 以性别为基础 和 prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by 第九条 和 its regulations, including in admission 和 employment.
